At Aqua Quip we also find it is extremely important to support local youth sports. A: Testing the water in your hot tub is very important to ensure that it stays clean and clear. We recommend that you test at least once per week at home with your test strips or stop by the store and we’ll do it for you! Aqua Quip is proud to offer its customers free water testing, so come on by!
A: All Sundance and Jacuzzi models from 2012 and forward are equipped with ClearRay - a UV light water cleaning system. Every 18 months this light bulb needs replacing. You can either replace it yourself by following this easy step-by-step guide, or contact Aqua Quip at 1.800.787.POOL and we will replace it for you. Replacement bulbs are available at any of our 9 locations.
